Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases and orders placed through or confirmed via MS Tea Guru (www.msteaguru.com), a sole proprietorship owned by Manjunath N., Bengaluru, Karnataka. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy
All sales by MS Tea Guru are final. We do not accept returns of tea products once goods have been dispatched and delivered, for the following reasons:
- Tea is a perishable agricultural commodity that is sensitive to storage conditions and handling
- We cannot verify post-delivery storage or handling by the buyer
- Quality and quantity are verified by our team prior to dispatch
We strongly encourage buyers to confirm sample quality before placing bulk orders. Contact us to arrange samples prior to commitment.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted only before goods are dispatched:
- Before dispatch: Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any advance payment received will be refunded within 7 business days.
- After dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once goods have been handed over to the logistics partner or transporter.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are demonstrably damaged in transit or materially different from what was confirmed in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photographs of the damaged packaging and product
- Your order reference number or confirmation
- A description of the discrepancy
We will investigate promptly and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement shipment, partial credit, or another appropriate resolution.
4. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved (e.g., pre-dispatch cancellation or verified transit damage), it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Franchise & Distributor Fees
Franchise onboarding fees and distributor registration fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the respective franchise or distributor agreement.
